Lion Lad

As promised yesterday here is Lion Lad, Hyena Man's sidekick. Whenever Hyena man saves someone they always think it was Lion Lad that did the saving, after all, he's a lion right. Hyenas are just scavengers, right? I think I need an innocent weasel who always gets blamed for the crimes now. What do you think? Enjoy.

Again

Well I spent a bit more time on this guy. I'm having fun with it so far. It's hard for me sometimes to break away from a loose sketch and try and make something a bit more finished and refined. So this is good practice. I'll keep going on this one for awhile and we'll see what happens. enjoy.

Hero Hyena

This was a fun idea I had a couple weeks ago. My wife is a die hard fan of animal planet and she was watching a show about hyenas. There was a guy speaking about how hyenas have a bad rap and everyone looks at lions as these noble creatures and hyenas as mangy scavengers. He was trying to get people to change their opinions on these animals. That's when I came up with the idea of a hero who is a hyena (and very good at it by the way) but whenever he saves anyone they always thank his dorky lion sidekick, because, well the hyena can't have been the one that saved me. it must have been the noble lion. So here is our hero. Tomorrow I'll post up the lion sidekick. Enjoy.

Ok. I've been out of it for awhile now. It's not that I haven't been drawing or any of that. It's just that I've been lazy and haven't been posting any of it. So with out further ado here's something new for ya'll. I really rather like this sketch so I think I'm going to tinker with the colors on it a bit more. I just felt like drawing one of those hindu gods with all the arms and such. They're so cool. I have another one of Ganesha that I'll put up soon as well. For now Enjoy.
